Problems during a test

There could two reasons for that: you are not active on your computer or you had an Internet disconnection.

  1. When you are inactive for a period of more than 3 minutes, the application displays a logout message that gives you 30 seconds to answer if you want to continue or leave the assessment. If after 30 seconds you don't answer, the application disconnects you. Upon return, you may reconnect by the same way as originally used, and the application will return it to the location it was at the time of disconnection. Note that this disconnection mechanism is not active during timed tests.
  2. When you have an interruption of connectivity from the Internet, the application will display a disconnection message:
    • automatically if you are in a timed test,
    • As soon as you click on a navigation button in a non-timed test.

To return to your test, simply close all open browser windows by clicking the small X in the top right corner of each open browser window and reconnect by the same way you originally used.

My disconnection occurs during Answer
I am not in an assessment You must simply return to the test using the same way you had originally used.
I am in the MQ or OPQ test You must simply return to the test using the same way you had originally used. Automatic disconnection does not apply while you are in the SHL tests.
I am in theTK or MBTI test You must simply return to the test using the same way you had originally used.
I am in the TH-CAT test You must simply return to the test using the same way you had originally used. You return to the last question answered and the remaining time (within 20 seconds).
You are in the NEO, PRF or JPI You must simply return to the test using the same way you had originally used.
